Performance is slow when using Viewport Statistics
Problem
When enabling Viewport statistics, performance and framerate decreases significantly
Solution
This is caused by a bug in 3DS Max. When viewport Statistics is being used and Edge count is enabled, 3DS Max attempts to convert the whole scene to a mesh at every frame.
To fix this ensure that Edge Count is disabled.
