ForestPack 9.1.2 adds a new Offset parameter to ForestIvy and fixes several small bugs.
ForestPack Scatter
- Fixed crash with Point-cloud and Camera clipping.
- Fixes issues with nested Forest objects using Custom Edit mode.
- Fixed: Some pop-up warning windows may interrupt the non-interactive rendering process. Now they are sent to the log system.
- Added Minimize/Maximize buttons to Library Browser.
- Fixed missing icon for Filter->Options in Library Browser.
ForestIvy
- Added Growth->'Check Ground Hit'. When enabled, ForestIvy checks collisions with the ground plane.
- Added Growth->'Surface Offset'. Used to separate ivy from surface.
- Fixed artifacts when ivy growths below the ground plane (as defined by the local XY plane).
- Fixed material error loading library presets in Arnold, with Max 2021 and before.
- Fixed issues when growing over regular geometries.
